**Indore, December 31, 2025 The State Institute of Hotel Management, Indore, continued its delightful annual tradition by hosting a vibrant Cake Mixing Ceremony on Friday at the college campus. The event, organized under the guidance of faculty member Ms. Avni Patil and her enthusiastic team, was beautifully themed around Christmas, featuring artistic decorations and festive cheer. The ceremony marked the beginning of the Christmas celebrations, where a rich blend of dry fruits — including cashews, almonds, cherries, raisins, dates, black currants, and cinnamon — was mixed with aromatic spices and alcohol.
